Seven Lakes Country Club is number two on our list and is located on 120 acres of prime Palm Springs real estate. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is 2,256 square feet and sold for $1,153,000. It’s Palm Springs’ only 24-hour guarded and gated country club with 15 heated pools and spas, tennis, and pickleball. The HOA dues are $1,101 monthly, with an additional $143 monthly fee.
Finally, the most expensive condo sold in Palm Springs as of April 2023 is at Canyon South by Via Isla. It’s a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo that’s 2,181 square feet and sold for $1,143,000. The development is on fee land and was built in 1979. There are just 32 attached condominiums in the development, with two pools and a tennis court. HOA dues are $832 a month, and the complex is located in the Twin Palms neighborhood at Twin Palm Drive and Via Isla in South Palm Springs.
