As a first time buyer in the Palm Springs market, I needed to work with an experienced real estate agent; a professional I could trust given my hesitance to buy a home in the desert. When we inquired about a home we were interested in, he was there early the next day and with a video to show us the same day. He is so knowledgeable about the area and market. Originally found Neal via his YouTube videos, if you are not from the Palm Springs area and want to find out about it, we highly recommend you check them out. He is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market, but also based on the videos is easy to work with. This proved true during our transaction. Neal kept the process moving and when there were issues he resolved them perfectly. Neal & his realtor partner Kim were very helpful and friendly, they took the time to answer all our concerns, helped us be comfortable with the entire process, and we know we got the best property for us. We honestly feel that we might have missed out on getting our dream home if we didn't have them.
Far Away Help.After the death of my brother I became the Administrator of his estate consisting almost exclusively of his home in Sky Valley, CA (Desert Hot Springs). Big problem was I live in Wisconsin and all the clean up, preparation, and selling of the property would have to be done remotely. Neal found me and I interviewed him and five other local realtors. Hands down Neal had the best plan on how to proceed and offered to help.After a few conversations he helped me sell a motor home on the property which surprisingly brought some income into the estate. He then arranged for a crew to come out and empty the contents of the home into a dumpster. Neal also suggested a towing company to remove 2 cars on the grounds.When it came time to list the property about 40 days after we began we targeted a great price and had an offer within a couple of days. Although this deal fell through, Neal's professionalism came into play again through his contacts in pest removal, locksmiths, termite abatement and other details to present the home satisfactorily for the eventual buyer.We worked through all the offers via electronic signatures and the sale was completed without me ever having to get an airplane for "In Person" trips. We communicated as needed via email and telephone and his prompt replies showed me he really cared enough to help. Neal earned every penny of the commission and I would highly recommend his skill set to any seller of a home in the Desert Hot Springs area.
